Jonathan’s career began on the ground floor, working as a technician. His keen insight, hard work, and commitment to excellence quickly propelled him through the ranks, from a technician to a foreman, then to a project manager, and now to his current role as Operations Manager. Over a decade of service at McLean Telecom has seen Jonathan become a cornerstone of our operations.
In his role, Jonathan oversees the coordination of crews, scheduling, inventory management, and the ordering of materials—ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to fostering growth among team members while maintaining the highest levels of quality and expectations for staff and peers alike. RYAN MACDONALD
Project Manager
With 18 years of experience in the telecommunications field and 7 years with McLean Telecom, Ryan MacDonald brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to his role as a Project Manager. Specializing in ISP/OSP/CIVIL construction management, implementation, and consulting, Ryan has been instrumental in enhancing our service offerings.
His expertise extends to aerial and underground utility mapping, a critical component in planning and executing telecommunications projects. Ryan’s responsibilities include conducting comprehensive site surveys and creating as-built drawings, essential steps that guarantee our projects meet both our high standards and our client’s specific requirements.
